The diameter of the flower is about 5cm.
It is Ipomoea purpurea and old strain in Japan.

It is Ipomoea purpurea and old strain in Japan.
Common morning glory (red striped)
This plant also show many red striped flowers.
It is Ipomoea purpures too.
We call these stripe pattern as "SHIBORI" in Japanese.
Ipomoea obscura
I could get the seeds of I. obscura for the comparison with "Little yellow".
It is the flower of I. obscura and its diameter is about 3cm.
I think there are some difference between two plants.
